Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pure Source Beverage Company, Inc. We want to ensure you have a satisfying experience with our products. Please review our refund policy below:

1.1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days from the date of purchase.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our customer service team at to obtain an RMA number.

4.1. To return your product, you should mail your product to 2569 McCabe Way, Suite 220, Irvine, Ca 92614. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at  with details and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
